We're excited to once again be participating in Bike to Work Day this year on Friday, May 19th. This is a day to celebrate bicycling as a clean, fun, and healthy way to get to work. If you're one of the first 16,000 to register and attend a pit stop in D.C., MD, and VA, you'll receive a free T-shirt, refreshments, and be entered into a raffle for a new bicycle.
Takoma Bicycle is proud to be once again hosting the Bike to Work Day pit stop in Takoma Urban Park from 6:00am - 9:00am. In addition to shirts for participants, there will be snacks, drinks and an electric bike demo. You can check out pictures of the fun from last year. As if that's not enough to entice you to come on out, there will also be an appearance of the famous blender bike. Not sure what that is? Let's just say that never before has your hard work of pedaling paid off with such deliciousness. Will you be one of the 200 cyclists that stop by to see us on Bike to Work Day?
